David Nichtern is a senior meditation teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He's also my friend and was kind enough to sit down with me and allow me to record a semi-formal meditation training.

He's teaching some classes in Los Angeles this summer. I'll be at the one in June.
